Una semplice passeggiata pensata per risvegliare i nostri sensi attraverso la pratica di FOREST BATHING condotta da ALBERTO CANCIAN e arricchita dalla sua esperienza vissuta nel mezzo della foresta amazzonica.

Una pratica di ri.connessione alla Natura che nasce per riportare nell’equilibrio della presenza, infondere pace, serenità e forza, attraverso una passeggiata consapevole con un’attivazione sensoriale e una serie di esperienze suggerite dalla Natura.

Al termine un momento di rilassamento con le Campane Tibetane di Chiara Gobat, insegnante di yoga e fondatrice di Yoga Lab.

La passeggiata si svolge all’interno di ARTinVAL in programma a Tramonti di Sotto dal 24 al 27 agosto.
